Newspaper Ad Decline Slows

Newspaper ad spending fell 5.6 percent in the second quarter, the Newspaper Association of America reports, to $6.4 billion from $6.8 billion in the same period a year ago. That's compared to a 29 percent year-over-year drop in Q2 2009.
