This from Greenville, South Carolina where 29-year old Josh Kimbrell (pictured), host of Common Cents on Christian Talk 660AM/92.9FM, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 back in October. Kimbrell's lawyers are saying the Department of Social Services is no longer pursuing a case against the conservative radio host. "As a result of that investigation, the DSS determined the allegations of sexual abuse were 'unfounded' and the department is no longer pursuing a case against Josh based on the allegations of sexual abuse. While DSS has resolved this issue in Josh's favor, there are still ongoing Family Court proceedings that will hopefully be resolved in the coming months."
