Genachowski Has Votes To Pass Net Neutrality Rules

Democratic FCC Commissioners Michael Copps and Mignon Clyburn said Monday they will vote with FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski today on the agency's new "net neutrality" regulations, meaning the regulations will almost certainly be approved on a party-line 3-2 vote. Republican Commissioners Robert McDowell and Meredith Attwell Baker are set to vote against the regulations.

Arbitron releases the cume estimates for RADAR 107, reporting that network radio increased its weekly 12+ reach by more than 800,000 from RADAR 103 a year ago. Gains were also seen in the 18+, 18-49, and 25-54 demos.

Scarborough Research takes a look at mobile use among U.S. Hispanics, and found that smartphone growth among Hispanics is outpacing growth among the general population. Hispanic wireless users are more likely than users overall to text-message, download music, and access social networks on their wireless devices.
