NBC TV in Philadelphia reported that listeners from Radio 104.5's Summer Block Party this past Saturday wound up urinating in their yards (and doing other things we'd rather not print). The station offered up this statement in response: "We apologize for any of our fans who may have had a less than enjoyable experience at this past weekend?s block party. As these shows have become more popular and larger, we?ve worked with our partners at the Piazza to have them increase security and facilities." Neighbors say there was a lack of both security and porta-potties during the free concerts at the event, causing the intoxicated concertgoers to spill out into the streets and use their neighborhood as a public toilet.
