Citadel Sued Over Executive Stock Grants

Hedge fund R2 Investments has filed suit against Citadel Broadcasting, asking a judge to revoke awards of stock to Citadel's top executives and its board. R2 calls the stock grants "a shocking display of corporate greed and dishonesty," the New York Times reports.

Federal prosecutors have filed charges against Barbra Alexander, host of brokered financial program Money Dots, and two associates. The three have also been sued by the SEC, which alleges that they engaged in a "classic Ponzi scheme."
