The mediation talks between Tribune Co. and its creditors have broken down, the Chicago Tribune reports. The opposing sides "remain deeply divided," the paper's sources said. Tribune filed for Chapter 11 in December 2008.

MO Judge Grants Injunction Against Sirius XM

A judge has granted Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster's request for a preliminary injunction against Sirius XM, ordering the satcaster to stop calling consumers on the no-call list who have said they don't want Sirius XM service. Koster says the satcaster has been violating state trade and no-call laws.

Motorola is asking the U.S. International Trade Commission to block Apple from importing, selling, or marketing the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and certain Mac computers, saying the devices infringe on Motorola patents. Motorola subsidiary Motorola Mobility has filed a complaint with the ITC over the alleged infringement.
