Radio's Next Explosion

Digital And The Bottom Line

Digital content delivery is a huge topic throughout the media industry, but that's not all there is to the digital revolution. The same tools that have changed content delivery forever are also changing the workplace, with major implications for the bottom line.

The
Forecast 2011 panel "Digital Media's Explosive Growth and What It Means to Radio," moderated by CBS Interactive Music Group chief David Goodman, will offer sharp, focused conversation on a wide range of hot digital topics, with a special focus on the ways digital media platforms improve performance to increase top-line revenues and bottom-line EBITDA.

Moderator:
David Goodman has been President of CBS Interactive Music Group at CBS Corp. since May 2009, and before that served as President of Digital Media and Integrated Marketing for CBS Radio. He was responsible for developing and overseeing CBS Radio's online and mobile strategy, as well as creating new content partnerships and monetizing digital inventory.

Panelists:

Joe Crump is Senior VP/Strategy & Planning for Razorfish and has worked in his career with such brands as Nike, Disney, AT&T, Red Bull, and Mercedes -Benz. Before moving into his current post, he was Executive Creative Director at Razorfish; during his tenure, the agency won more top creative awards than in any time its history. Before his work at Razorfish, Joe was a principal at Doblin Group, an industry leader in business design.
Fred Wilson, Managing Partner at Union Square Ventures, has been a venture capitalist since 1987. He's also the founder of Flatiron Partners. Wilson has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from MIT and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
