Cumulus has brought in Sam Rogers to run its stations in Washington, DC. Rogers (pictured) was brought in to replace Jeff Boden who was let go. Rogers told Radio Ink, "I?m very excited to join the outstanding team at WMAL and WRQX. These are two great heritage radio stations whose future only looks brighter. I want to thank Lew Dickey, Jon Pinch and John Dickey for this wonderful opportunity." Rogers joined Cumulus last August as VP of Political and Platform Sales, having left a position at CBS as Market Manager, also in DC.
