Salem Communications says its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2012 in the amount of $0.035 per share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on June 29, 2012 to all common stockholders of record as of June 15th. The Salem stock was up 4.5% Thursday closing at $4.81, up .21.
