According to Channel 9 in Cincinnati 55KCR host Blake Seylhouwer was arrested and charged with shooting his wife after he told police the incident was an accident. Police say Seylhouwer waited until his wife turned her back before he purposely fired a shot in her direction in their driveway. The bullet ricocheted off the ground and struck his wife in the head, leg, stomach and neck.
The incident was first treated as an accident and did not charge Blake. It was later determined an argument took place between the couple before the shooting. Police charged Blake with felonious assault and domestic violence. He's scheduled to be arraigned this morning at 9 a.m. The couple has two small children. 55KCR is owned by Clear Channel although there is not sign of Seylhouwer on the station website.
