CEO Alfred Liggins says his radio division did better from Q1 to Q2 but it's still under performing. Radio One's $56.1 million was $3.7 million less than the second quarter of 2014. Local revenue was down 10.4% and national dropped 4 %. While Philadelphia, Dallas and St. Louis performed well for the company, that was offset by the under performing Houston, Washington DC, Atlanta and Baltimore markets. READ ON
