Richard Harker has been writing about PPM for a long time. It doesn't take too long to conclude Harker is not a fan of the measurement system. He writes, "The flaws of PPM have destroyed formats, driven talented personalities out of the business, distorted what songs we play, and punished radio stations for no reason other than the format they broadcast."
