According to Journal's Tulsa VP/GM Bill Berry, Riley is back with Journal as Operations Manager for its Tulsa cluster. Berry said, "We are very excited to welcome Jules back to Journal. She has a stellar reputation in the industry and extensive experience with multiple formats. I have no doubt that she will do a terrific job as our programming leader.?
Riley was the Program Director for Journal?s KICT and KFXJ in Wichita until 2001 when she took subsequent positions leading programming teams in St. Louis, Philadelphia, and Phoenix. She has been a consultant for the past three years, working with several companies across the country.

The stations owned by Journal Broadcast Group in the Tulsa market include AM1170 KFAQ (KFAQ-AM), 98.5 KVOO (KVOO-FM), 106.9 K-HITS (KHTT-FM), 92.9 Bob FM (KBEZ-FM), and Big Country 99.5 (KXBL-FM).
