Monday night at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay in San Diego, Radio Ink Publisher Eric Rhoads announced the 2014 2014 Medallas de Cortez Winners at the Radio Ink Hispanic Radio Conference. Among the winners was Entravision's Jeff Lieberman, who was named Hispanic Broadcaster of the Year.

Program Director of the Year -- Jose "El Gallo" Gadea, KLZT/Austin
Sales Manager of the Year -- Karima Khawja, Univision/New York
General Manager of the Year -- Ed Krampf, Adelante/Sacramento
Station of the Year -- WAMR-FM, Miami
Broadcaster of the Year -- Jeffery Liberman, Entravision
Distinguished Leadership Award (only the second given in the history of the awards ? Geraldo Rivera was the previous winner) Jose Feliciano
