Summer Reese was fired as director of KPFA in Berkley back in March by an 11-7 vote. She's occupied her former office at the nonprofit, run by Pacifica Foundation Radio, ever since, trying to claim her job back. The San Jose Mercury News says a judge will decide whether she stays or goes. The judge will also hold a hearing to decide whether or not to reinstate Reese. Her supporters have filed a lawsuit hoping to bring her back. READ MORE HERE
