Anthony Salvatori is charged with sexual assault and indecency with a child from an incident in 1999. Salvatori works for Chistian station KLTY (using the name Tony Lopez). At the time of incident, Salvatori worked for KISS FM (using the name Tony Marino). Salvatori was 30 at the time, his accuser, 14. NBCDFW.com in Dallas reports Salvatori took the stand in his own defense yesterday and admitted while at his home he and his accuser were in his bedroom, kissing, that he was "aroused" by the encounter which included some "heavy petting." Jury deliberations continue today.
