Breakthroughs On Parade
First U.S. Demonstration Of RadioDNS -- And More
A message from Skip Pizzi, Technology Editor, Radio Ink

Radio Ink's RadioTech Summit starts tomorrow (Wednesday, June 2, at 1:00 PM) at the Microsoft Conference Center in Mountain View, CA, and the excitement is building.

One just-announced highlight will be the first U.S. demonstration of RadioDNS service, on the conference's second day. Four Bay Area Clear Channel Radio stations will participate in a live demo of RadioVIS content, to be displayed on RadioDNS receivers at the conference. Also on hand will be automotive digital surround-sound demonstrations from Fraunhofer IIS, with knockout audio quality at 64kbps. And the Summit will also be a venue for some other groundbreaking announcements that we can't tell you about yet.

Obviously, this will not be your typical ho-hum technical conference. The agenda is packed with presentations about every emerging or developing technology important to radio professionals today, presented in a rapid-fire, news-you-can-use format in comfy, high-tech surroundings. It's your one-stop shop for the absolute latest in radio tech, and there's still space available for on-site registration. (A few seats are also still available for the radio management conference, Convergence 2010, which immediately follows the RadioTech Summit in the same venue on June 3 and 4.)

Check out the who's who of radio technology presenting at the RadioTech Summit:

It promises to be a landmark event. We hope you'll be a part of it.
