Apple Launches iPhone 4

With the slogan "This changes everything. Again," Apple launches the iPhone 4, with video calling, the ability to run multiple apps (if they were developed for the new OS, also announced yesterday), HD video recording, and an enhanced display. It's 24 percent thinner than the previous model, too. Reservations for the iPhone 4 will be accepted as of June 15, and it's in the Apple Store on the 24th.

Clear Channel Radio's Total Traffic Network has partnered with INRIX to offer an HD Radio data service with predictive traffic information.

Moody's: Slower Decline For Newspapers This Year

Moody's Investors Service says the outlook for the U.S. newspaper business is stable, on expectations of aggressive cost-cutting even as the economy strengthens, but it still expects newspaper ad revenue to drop 5-10 percent this year, compared to a 22 percent falloff in 2009.

Bermuda Campaign Features CBS Radio

CBS Radio is working with the Bermuda Department of Tourism on a campaign to bring in tourists from the U.S. East Coast. Phase one of the partnership involves trips to Bermuda by CBS Radio talent "ambassadors" including WFAN's Boomer Esiason.

KYCA Fires Councilman Talk Host Over Mural Comments

Southwestern Broadcasting's Talk KYCA-AM/Prescott, AZ, has fired Steve Blair -- also a member of the Prescott City Council -- after he complained on the air about a mural on a Prescott elementary school that depicted dark-skinned children. He said, "to depict the biggest picture on that building as a black person, I would have to ask the question, 'Why?'"
