GroupM Raises Global Ad Forecast

WPP's GroupM has raised its forecast for global ad spending, and is now predicting a 3.5 percent gain, up from an earlier prediction of 1 percent. In the U.S., GroupM sees ad spending down 1.3 percent this year.
