The three attorneys representing syndicated shock jock Todd Clem, aka Bubba the Love Sponge, during his defamation lawsuit with Todd "MJ" Schnitt, have been found guilty of ethics violations. The attorneys conspired to get an opposing attorney in that trial drunk and then arrested for DUI. They then purposefully destroyed evidence of their wrongdoing. The attorneys face punishments ranging from fines to suspension or disbarment. Sentencing begins in August.
