(By Ronald Robinson) Paying attention to feedback, while often uncomfortable and disconcerting, is a necessary part of any learning and teaching process. That feedback, sometimes, goes missing altogether can also be a sobering experience. I could argue that my assertion "Communications models – as applied by modern radio – are still a disaster," has fallen, for the most part, on unwilling and deaf ears.
