Our friends and Media Monitors say that JCPenney jumped up from #30 to #7 on its weekly chart of radio advertisers last week, airing just under 19,000 commercials. Jared was 8th with 17,705, moving up from the 86th position. The top two remain The Home Depot (53,698) and GEICO (39,801). Rounding out the top five were Walgreens (37,897), McDonald's (26,478) and Macy's (24,260).
