ESPN Deportes in New York (1050-AM) will carry New York Mets games in Spanish through 2016 after an agreement was made with Clear Channel, which owns the station. In September 2012, ESPN's 1050 AM switched to ESPN Deportes Radio, becoming the first and only Spanish-language radio station in New York dedicated to providing sports content around the clock.
