Beasley Broadcast Group has merged its various portfolios of radio stations under a new corporate header, Beasley Media Group, Inc. The change, according to Beasley, "reflects the broad and expansive reach of on-air, digital and collateral radio products that are available to Beasley's listeners and advertisers." The parent company will remain Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. and will continue to trade as "BBGI" on NASDAQ.
