It's been a year since Boston Sports Talker Glenn Ordway was fired from Entercom's WEEI in Boston, where he'd been for about two decades. His new project Big Show Unfiltered will debut March 17 (3-6 p.m.) and be heard online through Ordway?s new website SportstalkBoston.com. It will also be available on a mobile app and on demand. Ordway will host the show alongside additional Boston personalities and contributors, and he'll produce daily content fior his website.
Ordway said, ?I am so thrilled to once again be talking local sports in my hometown with the best fans in America. I look forward to presenting an alternative in the market that will feature the best of the past with some new, innovative elements and voices. And there is no reason to hold anything back anymore. It?s all unfiltered.? Ordway also says talks are underway regarding future plans to build a terrestrial radio network with affiliates throughout New England, as well as with satellite radio.
