CBS New York is reporting that former WNEW New York City radio personality 78-year old Dave Herman pleaded not guilty in New Jersey Thursday and his trial has been set for June. Herman is charged with attempting to transport a 7-year-old girl to the U.S. Virgin Islands with the intent to have sex with her. Herman?s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, entered the plea and has said that his client only engaged in banter about the child because he was interested in the girl's 36-year-old mom.
