Coyote Calhoun Gets Big Sendoff

He was on WAMZ-FM in Louisville for 35 years and the only Program Director the radio station ever had. Coyote Calhoun announced his retirement back in July and this week he signed off for the final time. Some of country music's biggest stars said goodbye to Calhoun for the final time, including Toby Keith, Chris Young, Montgomery Gentry, and Little Big Town. They all took the stage at the Yum! Center for the Coyote Acoustic Concert. Video messages were also played from Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. They all thanked him for helping them start their careers by playing their music on the radio.
