NPR Audio Clips Now Embeddable

As part of the company's transition from mostly broadcast to mostly digital, NPR has made nearly its entire digitized archive, over 800,000 pieces of audio content, available to be easily embedded on other websites. NPR has had some audio content online before, but embedding was offered only sporadically, until now.

Patrick Cooper, NPR's director of Web and engagement, said: "We have a lot of great audio. Part of our public media mission is to have people sharing our storytelling."
