KQED Names New VP Of Corporate Sponsorships

5-13-15

San Francisco public media KQED has promoted DeLinda Mrowka to vice president of corporate sponsorship. Since 2013, Mrowka has been the executive director of marketing and communications for KQED. She will report directly to SVP/COO Kevin Martin.

Said Martin: "DeLinda's experience as a marketer and seasoned public media executive makes her perfect for the role. Corporate sponsorships are KQED's second-highest source of revenue after individual donations, so DeLinda's ability to creatively help underwriters connect with KQED's brand across conventional and digital platforms will contribute greatly to the expansion of our mission-driven programming."

Mrowka added: "With strong revenue growth for the past several years and new opportunities related to KQED's expanded video and audio offerings, I'm thrilled to be taking leadership of corporate support at such an exciting time. I'm looking forward to reimagining underwriting, experimenting and finding innovative new ways to help sponsors achieve their objectives."
