The L.A. Radio Discussions board is talking about the death of George Nicholaw, the former general manager of KNX 1070 Newsradio in Los Angeles. Nicholaw died at his home Saturday evening after being hospitalized with an infection. He was the general manager at KNX from 1968 to 2003. (picture courtesy L.A.Radio.com)

What type of infection killed George?... And did he have any surviving family?
