As Pandora works to generate additional revenue to stay ahead of its cost for music content, the company is offering advertisers a new way to reach its massive listener pool. Forbes Magazine has the details about Pandora's latest idea called Sponsored Listening, which promises an hour of ad-free music to listeners that click on a banner ad. So far Fox and Sony Playstation are early advertisers for Sponsored Listening. According to Forbes, The ads will only be available to a small group of users targeted by the advertisers for now, but a full rollout to all sponsors and subscribers is expected to begin in latter half of 2015.
