In Chincoteague, Virginia, long-time Salisbury/Ocean City media legend Shawn Murphy joins 96.5 CTG as station manager and he'll take a shift on the air. Murphy spent more than a dozen years as ?Murph? the morning host and programmer at WZBH, then a stint with Fox TV in Salisbury. GSB Broadcasting, operator of CTG, says it is in acquisition mode with plans for additional Salisbury-area stations in the near future.
