Entercom's Sports Radio 93.7 WEEI in Boston and the WEEI Sports Radio Network have inked a new deal with The Dennis and Callahan Morning Show. Entercom did not reveal the specifics of the extension, saying only in a press release that "the new deal ensures veteran co-hosts John Dennis and Gerry Callahan will anchor the station well into the latter half of this decade." Entercom Boston VP/Market Manager Phil Zachary says there never was a Plan B. ?Since the day I arrived here our goal has been to reinvigorate one of America?s most revered sports audio brands around New England?s most listened-to morning show. John, Gerry and (co-host) Kirk Minihane deliver consistently high ratings, and garner endless media scrutiny, precisely because they?re authentic and unflinching in their opinions, just like most New Englanders.?
