Nielsen has certified its Software Development Kit to be integrated with Triton Digital's streaming audio players. Online audio streamed on Triton's Media Player will now be able to be quantified by Nielsen.
Nielsen EVP/Managing Director Matt O'Grady said in Friday's announcement: "We are delighted to certify Triton's Media Players for Nielsen digital audience measurement. Triton clients can take advantage of this opportunity to measure their total audience across all distribution sources, including digital and over-the-air broadcast."
Triton Digital President of Market Development John Rosso added: "We are pleased to support the needs of broadcasters, as well as the audio industry as a whole."
