WLEV-FM in Allentown-Bethlehem moves afternoon personality Josh Gears to mornings, where he'll join Scott Evans, as co-host of the new ?Josh & Scott in the Morning.? Gears hosted Afternoons on the AC-formatted station since 2012. Prior to that, he was on-air at iHeart Media?s B104 (WAEB) in Allentown-Bethlehem and at MIX 106.1 in Philadelphia. PD Laura St. James, who has been filling in on Afternoons, takes over PM drive duties permanently.
